Fabrizio Cardillo Piacentino
nasce a Minturno (LT) il 26 aprile 1968.
Dopo aver frequentato il Liceo Artistico di Cassino,
si iscrive all'Accademia di Belle Arti di Napoli nella sezione
pittura,
dove si diploma nel 1991.
Insegnante di Educazione Artistica e
Disegno e Storia Dell'Arte, si dedica da
sempre alla fotografia in bianco e nero.
Tale passione si matura all'interno dell'Accademia
grazie agli insegnamenti del
grande maestro Mimmo Jodice,
figura importante per
la sua crescita professionale.

Il soggetto preferito
rimane il paesaggio, suo grande amore
fin dall'infanzia.
La scelta non è casuale, Spigno Saturnia il paese
dove attualmente risiede e da poco divenuto
sede del Parco degli Aurunci,
rappresenta una grande vetrina naturalistica.
Un paesaggio ritratto a volte
con ingenua semplicità ed
altre con sofferta
emotività.
Le foto qui esposte
evidenziano alcuni particolari
del paesaggio spignese
ma anche dei viaggi fatti a
Mantova e Sardegna.

BIOGRAPHY

Fabrizio Cardillo Piacentino was born
in Minturno (LT) in 1968, Aril 26th.
After graduating at the Artistic
High School of Cassino,
he got a degree at the
Beau Art Accademy of Naples,
painting section,
in 1991.
He works now as teacher of
Artistic Education,
Design and Art History.
One of his most
prominent artistic expressions
is black and white
photography.
He began taking pictures
during his Accademy
studies when he met
Mimmo Jodice,
one of his favorite teachers who acts
as the most outstanding
figure in his professional growth.

His favourite subjects are
countryside sceneries,
his huge passion since childhood.
His home town,
Spigno Saturnia,
recently became the
seat of the new born Arunci Park,
and there are a
lot of very beautiful natural
sceneries which just
expect only to be portrayed.
What comes out in his artistic effort is a
landscapeportrayed sometimes with naïve simplicity
and sometimes with anguished emotionalism.
The exhibited pictures
highlights some details of the Spigno landscape,
but also some
memories of his travels to
Mantova and Sardinia.
